Theproduct can be used forclearing of common animal tissues.Tissue clearing is achieved through delipidationand refractive index matching by immersingthe tissue sequentially in the hydrophilic chemicals contained in this productfollowing the instruction.

Productfeatures:

1. Theproductcan be used to clearboth intact and sectioned tissues. The cleared tissues are suitable for imagingwith common microscopes, such as light sheet microscope and confocalmicroscope, etc..

2. The product has a highclearing efficiency. For instance, it usually takes 5-7days to clear an adult mouse brain and ~2 minutes to clear a ~200 μmthick mouse brain slice.

3.The productcan be used to clear tissueswith and without endogenous fluorophores. Genetically encoded fluorophorescan be preserved with high efficiency after clearing. Fluorescent staining can be applied before or after delipidation following the instruction.

4.The cleared tissue has a high mechanical strength and preserve the cellularandsubcellular structures effectively.
